Membership fee:
berlinerpool is a non-profit artist initiative. For this reason, members' contributions and donations are crucial.
Our membership fee is 60 EUR per year. The membership fee can be transferred in its entirety once per year or split into two payments of 30 EUR twice per year.
For your membership fee transfer you can use the following German bank account (for EU money transfers):

Format information and rules
●Creating and updating online profile pages
Our team can update your profile on berlinerpool.de, however you will receive berlinerpool login data which will allow you to edit your berlinerpool profile content by yourself. You can also ask for an appointment with berlinerpool team.

Images, CV and statement text for your web presentation on berlinerpool.
Max image size 500 KB (max width 500 pixels, max height 500 pixels)
In JPG format
For the moment no video presentations.
● Formats for printed documentation for archive-library
dimensions: DIN A4, MAX: 31,5 x 25 x 6cm
CD or DVD's can be added, but printed material is preferred.
- Possible video formats: DVD, VCD or AUDIO CD
- Possible data formats on CD’s: images and text as JPG on a hybrid CD-ROM. So they can be displayed by a DVD player.
- ! No PDF or Power Point presentations. !
- ! No interactive CD-ROM !
● Formats for printed index-catalogue pages in the catalog of berlinerpool (eye catcher)
Please send us two pages DIN A4, portrait format (!), your layout must include images, only a few text and YOUR NAME (please no CV here!!)

● All the members must be either the owner of copyright of sent material or have the allowance of the copyright owners for free publishing on berlinerpool website and related events as well as their publications. berlinerpool will always give the name of the member together with presented material.
● The material you sent to berlinerpool will remain a property of the artists. The artist can withdraw the material at any time while visiting the office, has a right to take e.g. the catalogues, publications for a certain amount of time agreed upon with berlinerpool team or exchange the material for new up to date content.
● berlinerpool informs members about event participation and members can withdraw their files from the event if they will provide written (email) notice prior to the event.
● All the material given to berlinerpool must be prepared for presentation reasons and must not be original art works.
● The team will send internal participation calls for specific events. berlinerpool is open for creating presentations/events in cooperation with berlinerpool members or organisations who supports the mission of berlinerpool.
